If the batteries in your Flume Water Sensor (the black device on your meter) are low, we will notify you via email and in the Flume app. You're now able to purchase the exact type of batteries needed for your water sensor through your app! In order to do so, please first update your Flume app to the latest app version. 

When your batteries are low, you'll see a notice at the top of your dashboard that reads: "Water Sensor batteries are low! Fix here". 

You can also tap the three, horizontal lines at the top left side of your dashboard to access the battery order link. Under "Home", you should have a notice that reads: "Water Sensor batteries are low! Click here to order replacements."

Next, please confirm that your address is correct. If you would like to ship the batteries to a different address, select "Send to a different address". Once you've double-checked your address, click "order now".

After placing your order, you'll receive an email confirmation of your order and your batteries should arrive within a few days. As always, please email us at support@flumewater.com if you have any questions.
